As a former WNBA Free Agent, Monee Sheppard personally knows the investment and sacrifice required to be a successful athlete. Coach Monee has dedicated both hours on the court, including personalized trainings, as well as a significant amount of time to her educational studies allowing her to view the entire process from learning the game to recruitment though the eyes of an athlete.
Coach Monee's goal is to help young athletes achieve their dreams of playing Varsity and College ball.

Professional Coaching
Monee Sheppard has been successfully coaching the Monee Makers for over 9 years. All of the team's practices happen at her private gym in the Memorial Area of Houston.
True Travel Team
The Monee Makers AAU Teams travel outside of the Houston Metro area to college recruitment tournaments. This includes travel to Chicago Summer Jam, Ballin' on the Beach (Ft. Lauderdale), plus other NCAA certified tournaments across the U.S.
Scholar Athletes
All athletes are committed to bringing their best to the team, including that of their academic performance. This expectation has resulted in 10 athletes signed to College and University Athletics Programs across the country.
Grassroots Circuit
The Monee Makers are a part of the AAU grassroots circuit. This is an invite only circuit.
